鹽霧試驗機為人工氣候環境“三防”(濕熱、鹽霧、霉菌)試驗設備之一,是研究機械、國防、輕工、電子、輕工電子、儀表等行業各種環境適應性和可靠性的一種重要鹽霧試驗設備。該鹽霧試驗機可按GB/T2423.17《電子電工產品基本環境試驗規程試驗Ka:鹽霧試驗方法》做中性鹽霧試驗,同時也可做醋酸鹽霧試驗。特點簡介:本鹽霧試驗機符合CNS、ASTM、JIS、ISO標準,鹽霧試驗乃針對各種材質之表面經涂料、電鍍、陽極處理、防銹油等防腐蝕處理后,測試其制品之耐腐蝕性。特性:噴霧方式:A:連續式鹽霧試驗機 B:可程式鹽霧試驗機。采用全偵測系統 故障發生時可亮燈顯示。1、整臺PVC板制,鹽霧試驗機內部采用先進的立體補強技術,結構強實,永不變形。2、采用自動/手動加水系統,具有水位不足時能自動/手動補充水位之功能,試驗不中斷。3、精密玻璃噴嘴,鹽霧試驗機使用4000小時保證無結晶阻塞。4、控制儀表均在同一機板,操作簡便,且一目了然。5、附雙重超溫保護,水位不足警示,確保使用安全。6、進口溫度控制器,數字顯示,PID控制,高穩定性白金測溫探頭,誤差 0.37、試驗室采用蒸氣直接加溫方式,升溫度快,減短鹽霧試驗機待機時間。8、噴霧塔附錐形分散器、具導向霧氣、調節霧量、及均勻落霧等功能。9、壓力桶采用亨利定律,于以加溫加濕,并提供鹽霧試驗機試驗室所需之濕度。

配電箱常見故障解析:
1、環境溫度對低壓電器影響引起的故障 配電箱中的低壓電器,由熔斷器、交流接觸器、剩余電流動作保護器、電容器及計量表等組成。這些低壓電器均按GB1497《低壓電器基本標準》進行設計和制造,并對它們的正常工作條件作了相應規定:周圍空氣溫度的上限不超過40℃;周圍空氣溫度24h的平均值不超過35℃;周圍空氣溫度的下限不低于-5℃或-25℃。2、配電箱內電器選擇不當引起的故障 由于在制造時對交流接觸器容量選擇不很恰當,對不同出線回路安裝同容量的交流接觸器,且未考慮到三相負荷的不平衡情況,而未能將部分出線接觸器電流等級在正常選擇型號基礎上,提高一個電流等級選擇,因而導致夏季高溫季節運行時出現交流接觸器燒壞的情況。
